How to Check a Crypto Casino: Licence, Operator, Provably Fair and Terms

BestUSDCCasinos editors · Updated November 2026

To check a crypto casino before you deposit USDC, confirm four things: the licence (for example, Stake shows Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1451/0918), the operator company behind it, whether its in-house games are provably fair, and the withdrawal terms - such as Qzino's rule that crypto deposits must be wagered 100% before withdrawal. Each check takes a few minutes in the site footer, Terms or FAQ, and each one can change whether a casino is right for you.

This guide walks through the checks in the order we use them, with examples from the 4 casinos we compare. It does not replace reading the terms yourself, but it tells you where to look and what matters.

Step 1: Find the licence and read it properly

Offshore crypto casinos hold licences from regulators such as Curaçao or Anjouan, not local licences in the player's country. What to look for:

How our casinos compare:

Casino Regulator Licence number shown
Stake Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/1451/0918 (Terms of Service 1.1)
Jack Curaçao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/1562/1139, issued 15 May 2026
Qzino Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros ALSI-202503015-FI1
Rakebit Anjouan gaming licence (homepage/FAQ) Number not shown

A visible licence number is a plus for transparency. A missing one is not proof of a problem, but it is worth noting and weighing against other signals.

Step 2: Identify the operator

The licence is held by a company, and knowing who runs the casino tells you who you would deal with in a dispute. Look in the Terms of Service for a company name, registration number and address.

Check that the company name in the Terms matches the licence holder, and note when a casino has changed name - Jack is an example.

Step 3: Verify provably fair games

Provably fair is a method that lets you verify each game result yourself:

  1. The casino commits to a server seed and shows its hash before you play.
  2. You set your own client seed.
  3. A nonce counts each bet.
  4. After you rotate seeds, the casino reveals the server seed and you can verify every result.

All four of our casinos have provably fair in-house games:

Casino Provably fair Originals
Stake Stake Originals - Mines, Dice, Limbo, Plinko, Crash, Hilo, Blackjack, Roulette and others
Rakebit 15+ Originals - Dice, Mines, Crash, Plinko, Tower, Limbo, HiLo and more, RTP up to 99%
Jack 18+ Jack Originals - Dice, Mines, Keno, Plinko, Limbo, Blackjack and more
Qzino 8 Qzino Originals - Mines, Limbo, Dice, Ultimate Dice, Plinko, Keno, Coin Flip, Crash

Provably fair applies to these in-house games. Slots and live tables from studios such as Pragmatic Play or Evolution work differently, so this check covers the Originals section only.

Step 4: Read the withdrawal terms

This is where most surprises hide. Search the Terms and cashier pages for:

Step 5: Check the bonus terms

Read what a bonus actually is before counting on it. At our casinos, deposit matches are not the main offer:

Our USDC casino bonuses overview compares these in detail.

Step 6: Understand KYC before you need it

Verification rules decide whether a withdrawal can stall:

If you cannot or do not want to provide documents, know this before you deposit, not after you win.

Step 7: Confirm your country is allowed

Every casino lists restricted jurisdictions in its Terms. Playing from a restricted country can lead to a closed account. Check the list yourself and check your local law; players must be 18+ (or the local legal age).

Stake does not accept players from: Afghanistan, Alberta, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Colombia, Congo - Kinshasa, Croatia, Cuba, Curaçao, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Liberia, Libya, Lithuania, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, North Korea, Ontario, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, South Africa, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Sweden, Syria, United Kingdom, United States, Zimbabwe. Check the casino terms for the full list and your local law before playing.

Rakebit does not accept players from: China, Costa Rica, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Ukraine, United States. Check the casino terms for the full list and your local law before playing.

Jack does not accept players from: Belarus, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine. Check the casino terms for the full list and your local law before playing.

Qzino does not accept players from: Australia, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom. Check the casino terms for the full list and your local law before playing.

Step 8: Check the cashier for your stablecoin and network

Finally, open the cashier. Confirm the casino accepts USDC, and on which network. Among our casinos, only Rakebit publishes its USDC networks (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, Solana and TON); Stake and Jack let you choose in the Wallet or cashier, and Qzino has not confirmed USDC. Our USDC deposit guide covers the next steps.

FAQ

Is a Curaçao or Anjouan licence the same as a local licence?

No. Offshore crypto casinos hold Curaçao or Anjouan licences, not local ones. Check your local law and the casino's terms.

What if a casino shows no licence number?

Note it and weigh it against other signals - the operator, the terms and how payouts are described. Rakebit, for example, states an Anjouan licence without showing the number.

Can I really verify a provably fair result myself?

Yes. After rotating seeds, you can check each result using the revealed server seed, your client seed and the nonce.

Which terms most often delay a withdrawal?

Deposit wagering rules, withdrawal caps, instalments for large wins and verification requests.

Should I check the terms again later?

Yes. Promotions rotate and terms can change, so re-read them before large deposits or withdrawals.
